  • what are your hours?

    spool is a by-appointment-only boutique so our hours are your hours. gina sees people as early as 7 am to as late as 10 pm. please call or email to set up an appointment.  we do try to cater to last-minute requests & pop-ins. :)

  • how does your store operate?

    however you want.  whether you want personal one-on-one attention; gina to pull outfits for you; or just want to come and take a quick browse through the racks at your leisure.  grab a girlfriend, come by, absolutely no pressure (though we will insist you try a cupcake!).

  • what are your rates for in-store shopping?

    there is no charge for in-store shopping.  there is an hourly rate for closet purges/consultations and other personal shopping services.

  • where do you find your designers?

    gina travels all over – places like NY, Europe, Copenhagen, Australia – and likes to support local emerging designers.

  • do you take credit cards?

    yes, we accept visa, mastercard, cash, check (and trade for your christian louboutins or anything lanvin).  :)

  • what is your return policy?

    no refunds, exchanges only (within 7 days).  all items must be unworn and tags attached.  jewelry, lingerie and sale items are final sale.

  • how often do you go on sale?

    spool goes on sale 3 times a year.

  • can you special order items?

    yes, we do special orders with a 50% deposit.  all special orders are final sale – no refunds or exchanges.

  • can I hire you for personal shopping or to dress me for an event?

    of course!  gina is available for other shopping services and events if her schedule allows it. if not, she has other amazing gals she can refer you to!

  • do you offer studio services?

    yes, we do. 48-hour pull, unless worked out beforehand. there is a 30% restocking fee (unless an item is purchased). all items need to be returned cleaned and in the same condition. we will need driver’s license and valid credit card for the pull.

  • do you host trunk shows?
